You'll assist with machine operation, support production goals, and help ensure quality products are delivered safely and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesAssist with machine setup, calibration, and operationSupport production by monitoring quality and ensuring products meet specificationsPerform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting using hand toolsRecord production data, downtime, and maintenance information accurately using computer systemsFollow established manufacturing processes and work instructionsCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve production issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety policies and procedures at all timesQualifications2–3 years of stable manufacturing experience preferredStrong attendance and reliability are requiredExcellent attention to detailAbility to follow detailed work instructions and production processesBasic computer skills for production documentationAbility to read a tape measure and perform basic manufacturing mathStrong communication and teamwork skillsPrior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsStand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shiftComfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment that may be hot and humidAbility to work overtime as needed, including up to 12-hour shifts and occasional weekendsSchedule3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMOvertime may be required before or after scheduled shifts
