A successful Machine Operator Assistant is reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented in all job tasks.Machine Operator Assistant Qualifications:Assist in machine set-ups, including adjusting equipment settings and mounting printing plates and dies.Monitor, control, and adjust machine settings and functions.Review the daily production schedule and make recommendations for optimizing production to meet cost, quality, and service goals.Inspect incoming corrugated paper to confirm job order specifications and ensure quality standards.Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.Maintain accurate records of output, downtime, quality, and scrap.Conduct daily, weekly, and/or monthly preventive maintenance activities and submit maintenance work orders as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.Applicant may be subject to a background check.
