Machine Operator AssistantOur client, Coastal Container is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have machine operator and machine setup experience.Location: Holland, MIPay Range: $18/hr Resumes requiredWhat's the Job?Assist in machine set-ups, including adjusting equipment settings and mounting printing plates and dies.Monitor, control, and adjust machine settings and functions.Review the daily production schedule and make recommendations for optimizing production to meet cost, quality, and service goals.Inspect incoming corrugated paper to confirm job order specifications and ensure quality standards.Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.What's Needed?Corrugated packaging experience is ideal.Proven experience as a machine operator and/or experience in production and manufacturing procedures.Strong mechanical aptitude with familiarity and comfort in handling complex machinery and measurement tools (e.g., tape measures).Ability to read and understand specifications, manuals, and measuring tools.Strong teamwork and communication skills.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
