We are looking for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.DutiesOperate and monitor production machinery.Load materials/components and keep machines supplied.Inspect finished parts for defects and verify quality.Remove, package, and label completed products.Follow production instructions and safety procedures.Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.Keep the work area and equipment clean.Record production and quality information.Communicate machine or quality problems to supervisors/maintenance.Work as part of a production team, often on extended shifts.Skills/ExperienceManufacturing or machine-operating experience.Mechanical aptitude.Ability to follow detailed instructions.Good attendance and reliability.Ability to stand/walk for long periods.Ability to work a shift schedule.Ability to identify defective products.Basic math and measurement skills.Strong safety awareness.Hours: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts availableJoin us in shaping the future of manufacturing by operating state-of-the-art equipment with skill and precision!
