Due to significant industry growth, we are seeking skilled candidates experienced in manufacturing environments, specifically those familiar with Break Press, Punch Press, Band Saw, and other sheet metal fabrication machines.ResponsibilitiesSet up, run, and monitor machinery to shape, flatten, or reduce the gauge of steel plates and sheets using hot or cold rolling techniques.Ensure high-precision, quality products by adjusting machine settings and interpreting blueprints.Adhere to strict safety protocols and conduct incoming and outgoing quality checks.Document actions by completing production and quality forms.Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment.Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies efficiently.Interact cooperatively and courteously with employees, customers, and management, complying with company policies and regulations.Essential SkillsExperience with manufacturing machines such as Break Press, Punch Press, Band Saw.Ability to interpret blueprints and use hand and power tools.Proficiency in machine operation and mechanical assembly.Basic computer skills for accessing ERP software and performing data entry.Additional Skills & QualificationsUnderstanding of general labor and production processes.Experience as a Machine Operation assistant.Ability to use hand tools and power tools efficiently.Why Work Here?Embrace opportunities for growth and cross-training in a dynamic environment.
