Machine Operator & AssemblerAs a Machine Operator reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for efficiently running the production line. This involves operating machinery, ensuring proper feeding of raw materials through the manufacturing process, resolving line stoppages, clearing equipment jams, verifying finished products against quality specifications, and preparing products for shipment.Shift:1st shift 6AM - 3PM2nd shift 3PM - 11PM*Training will be on day shift*Pay: $17 - $21/hr (DOE)ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing equipment in accordance with established operating procedures.Ensure products meet established quality specifications.Document quality checks and production numbers.Operate counterbalance, propane-powered forklifts.Identify items contributing to downtime using computerized systems and hand-written production reports.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in machine operation.Experience with production, manufacturing, and quality checks.Ability to safely perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds routinely.Comfortable standing for extended periods.Proficient in operating forklifts.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in heavy-industrial manufacturing or construction industry preferred.Good communication skills.Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.1+ year sit-down forklift experience preferred.Why Work Here?Join a brand-new industrial manufacturing facility with room for growth and comprehensive benefits.
