Machine OperatorWe are seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to join a growing medical device manufacturing team. In this role, you will work in a cleanroom and cGMP environment, following batch records and SOPs to support the production, processing, and packaging of medical devices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing experience who is looking for long-term career growth and advancement opportunities.ResponsibilitiesFollow batch records, SOPs, and manufacturing instructions accuratelyExtract collagen from raw materials for production processesPlace collagen into molds and cut materials into required shapesPerform batching, blending, measuring, and production activitiesClean, sanitize, and maintain manufacturing and cleanroom areasConduct routine maintenance and calibration of production equipmentFill, package, and inspect medical device productsMonitor inventory levels and request production supplies as neededQualifications2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environmentExperience working in a cGMP/GMP-regulated environmentCleanroom manufacturing experienceAbility to read, understand, and follow SOPs and batch recordsExperience with batching, blending, cutting, or measuring materialsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively on a teamWhat We OfferLong-term career opportunity with a leading medical device manufacturerGrowing organization with multiple facilities and continued expansionLeadership and advancement opportunities after six monthsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
