Operators follow ERMCO's core values while supporting the company's mission to deliver reliable, sustainable products.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and carry out detailed written and verbal instructions for operating processes, equipment, and part production. Perform safe start-up, operation, tool changes, and shutdown of equipment. Repeatedly lift and move material weighing 50+ lbs.

Handle metal parts and materials, use hand and power tools, assemble and form silicon and amorphous cores, ensure parts conform to ERMCO standards, and follow all ERMCO safety policies and procedures. Some heavy lifting involved. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.QualificationsNecessary QualificationsUnderstand and follow instructions (spoken and written).Use an iPad or other electronic communication devicesWork in a team environment with open communication and collaborationUse of organizational skills and attention to detailAdd, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurementsDemonstrate proper lifting techniquesGrasp, reach, and handle objects, tools, and materialsUse hand/power tools such as cordless drills, air ratchets, wrenches, pliers, and hammersOperate overhead hoists and lift assist equipmentMust be able to lift/push 50+ lbs.
