Machine OperatorWeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Machine Operators to operate thermoforming and/or injection molding machines, trim parts, and package all parts according to company quality standards.This is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team!As a Machine Operator, you will:Operate or assist with the operation of machinery and equipment utilized in the production processUse basic hand and cutting tools, including but not limited to hand trimming of various parts.Fill out all required paperworkLift and transfer raw material, finished product, and packed materials from conveyors and tablesAssemble parts, place labels on products, and package productsEnsure all quality standards are metTrain new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all are able to perform all tasks properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivityComply with all safety guidelines and company proceduresCommunicate clearly and work as part of a teamPerform other duties as assignedQualified Candidates will:Have at least 1 year of prior experience in the manufacturing environmentHave a high degree of attention to prevent accidents and injuriesBe able to stand for the duration of the assigned shiftBe a team player with a good attitude and strong work ethicBe dependable, with an excellent attendance recordHave the ability to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions in EnglishBe authorized to work in the United StatesWhy you'll love working at WeatherTech DirectWeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe workspace.
