This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing or machine operating experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and flexible with their work schedule.ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing equipment efficiently while maintaining quality production standards.Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.Produce quality products in accordance with production requirements.Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.Communicate production issues or equipment concerns to supervisors.Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.Previous machine operator experience is strongly preferred.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Must be flexible and willing to work different shifts as business needs require.
