Machine OperatorAs the Machine Operator Liquid, you will be responsible for the efficient setup, operation, and maintenance of liquid filling machinery to ensure the accurate and timely filling of containers. This role requires adherence to quality and safety standards, troubleshooting machine issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to reviewing applications from talented individuals in our local area.What will I get to do in this position?Machine Operation: Operate and monitor liquid filling equipment to ensure consistent and accurate filling of containers. Adjust machine settings, including speed, volume, and pressure, as required for different production runs.Quality Control: Inspect filled containers for proper weight, fill level, and sealing integrity.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications. Identify and remove defective products from the production line.Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery, such as cleaning and lubricating parts. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Report significant equipment malfunctions or repairs to the maintenance team promptly.Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure compliance with company policies. Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards.Documentation: Record production data, including batch numbers, quantities, and any deviations from standard operations. Maintain accurate logs for quality checks and equipment maintenance.Collaboration: Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and achieve production targets.

Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
