Right now all workers must be open to the following schedule: candidates will start on first shift, 5:45am – 2pm; if offered a position, he/she will be transferred to another shift. In the fall of 2020, no date has been set, we will move to a four shift operation.

The employee is responsible for ensuring that the end process of producing quality shingles continues even during process upsets. The Utility ensures that only quality product makes it from the production line.
