Machine Operator – 3rd ShiftOxford Solutions is working with a manufacturing client seeking a machine operator for a full-time 3rd shift opportunity. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who enjoys working with production equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.Shift: Sunday – Thursday 8:30 PM – 7:00 AMResponsibilities:Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipmentPerform machine adjustments and tooling changes as neededMonitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are metConduct quality inspections and document production resultsTroubleshoot minor equipment and process issuesFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean work areaSupport material handling and movement of products throughout productionQualifications:High school diploma or GED required2+ years of manufacturing machine setup or machine operation experienceExperience with roll tooling, welding systems, or similar manufacturing equipment preferredAbility to perform quality inspections using basic measurement toolsForklift and overhead crane experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
