A better future?Job DescriptionMachine Operator –Third Shift 11PM-7AM or 7PM-7AM Guilford Textiles, Pine Grove As a member of the Production team, the Operator will be responsible for keeping the machines in constant operation.Advantages of working for Lear at the Pine Grove Plant:Medical Benefits401kAdvancement to leadershipEmployee 24/7 Resource SystemEmployee DiscountsYour Qualifications:High school diploma/GEDMust be able to pass Background Check and Drug ScreeningAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for a prolonged amount of time.Responsibilities:Repairing smashes, lifting/dropping of bars, and removal and re-alignment of guidesPatrolling front of machine using a stoplightChanging beams on machinesMonitoring the fronts and backs of assigned machines to ensure there are no productivity and quality issuesLifting and dropping of yarn to make proper adjustments on machinesLoading the cones of yarn into the creep for the warping machine to operateUnloading the creel of partially used cones and repacking the cones into boxesThreading fabric into the frame machineOperating the frame machine and visually monitoring the fabricReview dye order and enter information into computerScheduling dye lots based on delivery dates and order of importanceMonitoring cycle times on all production machineryDelivering dye cans/chemical buckets along with dye orders to the correct dye machineEqual Opportunity Employer Lear Corporation is committed to fair, merit?based employment practices and equal opportunity.
