Compensation/shift/benefits for Machine Operator.Hourly wage: $20-$22 depending on experienceShift: Monday-Friday 11:30pm-7:30amBenefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTOEligibility for the Work and Win program – Rent/Mortgage paid for a yearResponsibilities of Machine OperatorOperate and set up mail processing equipment to convert post-press products into finished materials.Follow job tickets and customer specifications to ensure quality standards are met.Perform quality checks and basic equipment inspections or maintenance as needed.Retrieve materials and maintain a clean, organized work area.Participate in team meetings, training, and other duties as assignedRequirements for Machine OperatorExperience with machine operation (Brake press, Punch Press, Hydraulic press)Good work ethic as attendance and job performance are important especially within the first 30 daysAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.Ability to work overtime during the peak months September-December
