Machine OperatorWe're hiring for Machine Operator for our Arlington, TX plant! If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a great team, this could be the perfect fit.3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday - FridayDuties and ResponsibilitiesPack and seal printing products in the assign boxes according to the size and quantity.Machine Operation & Learning, Operated and developed proficiency with large format/wide format machinery for printing, cutting, fabrication, packing, and shipping.Load materials and products into processing equipment.Measure, weight, and count products and materials.Read shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product.Check orders on computers using the company's database.Communicate with the management team to ensure all duties assigned are completed.Ensure that a clean and orderly work area is stocked with supplies.Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.Perform scheduled maintenance.Maintaining efficiency while meeting quality standards and deadlinesTaking on additional responsibilities as skills grow and business needs requireFollowing safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized workspaceCommunicate equipment and material problems with management and vendors in a timely manner.Perform scheduled color and image quality tests and notify manager upon found issues.Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to communicate effectively in English and with team membersStrong customer service mindset and pride in quality workAbility to operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack)Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to follow verbal and written instructions accuratelyComfortable using computers and related systemsAdaptable and eager to learn new processesStrong time management in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detailReliable and takes initiative when neededPhysically capable of working in a production environmentMechanical aptitude or willingness to learn machine setup and maintenancePhysical RequirementsStanding/Walking (at least 75% of shift)Lifting/Pushing/Pulling up to 50 lb.
