Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust packaging machines to meet quality and efficiency standardsPerform start-ups, changeovers, shutdowns, and film roll changesInspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make mechanical adjustments as neededHandle raw materials, including weight adjustments and material movementComplete production documentation accurately and record key dataMaintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization of the work areaCommunicate equipment issues and improvement ideas with maintenance and supervisionWhat You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:High school diploma or GED2+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing or food production environmentMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience with production equipmentAbility to work rotating 12-hour shifts (3 days one week, 4 days the next) with occasional overtimeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
