A growing precision manufacturer in Midlothian, VA is hiring full-time Machine Operators for second shift. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a family-owned company in the middle of a major facility expansion.
Shifts Available
* 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Responsibilities
* Set up and operate metal forming equipment to produce quality parts
* Use blueprints and router information to configure tooling and machinery
* Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks
* Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, and productivity
Requirements
* Experience with mechanical equipment in a manufacturing or production setting
* Strong mechanical aptitude
* Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
* Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
* High school diploma or GED
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
