Machine OperatorReady for your next opportunity?Regal Rexnord Marengo is currently hiring a Machine Operator for our 2nd shift production operation.Pay Range: $18 plus $3 per hour shift differentialPlus — benefits begin on day one, along with a 401(k) with match, paid time off, and the opportunity to join a growing company with an amazing team culture!As a Machine Operator at Regal Rexnord, you'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction by supporting on-time delivery and producing high-quality components.What you'll do:Operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks.Load raw materials and remove finished products.Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality and production.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Complete production and quality documentation accurately.Keep the work area clean and organized.Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Required Skills:High school diploma or GED preferred.Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.Ability to read work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.Desired SkillsGood planning, organizing and communicationThe ability to multi-task and be a team player.Good reading and comprehension.The ability to work long periods standing up; lift and manipulate heavy loads (up to 60 lbs);Twist, turn, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach and walk repetitively, and work with oils, coolants and lubricants.Must be willing to work overtime, which may include occasional weekends.Physical Demand and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
