Machine Operator-2nd ShiftLocation: Louisville, KY 40214Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AMWe are looking for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, are comfortable operating equipment, and are willing to learn CNC machinery, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely• Learn to set up and operate CNC equipment• Follow production schedules and job instructions• Inspect finished products to make sure they meet quality standards• Use basic measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers• Move materials using equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, and lift tables• Keep accurate production records• Package finished products for shipment• Keep your work area clean and organized• Follow all safety and quality proceduresWhat We're Looking For• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment• Willingness to learn CNC machine operation• Strong attention to detail• Ability to follow written instructions• Safety focused and dependable• Comfortable working on your feet and in a manufacturing environment• Ability to use basic measuring tools• Forklift experience is a plus, but we can provide trainingWhat You'll Need• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move around throughout the shift• Willingness to wear required PPEWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to build your manufacturing skills and learn CNC machine operation while working a consistent four day schedule.Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AMOur BenefitsWe care about and invest in our employees.
