Molder/Machine Operator - 2nd ShiftAssists in the operation of rotational molding machines and production of plastic parts in a manufacturing setting.Duties And ResponsibilitiesFills buckets with the proper resin/dye and weight.Fills molding tooling with proper resin/dye and weight.Installs/Removes pins and/or inserts into proper place on the mold.Unloads mold or tooling as required by machine time.Visually inspects each part for quality.Rejects non-conforming parts as needed and places them in designated area.Ensures proper maintenance of tooling at all times.Trims and deburrs part and puts in cart and/or box.Maintains part counts for inventory.Maintains cleanliness of work area.Follows all appropriate safety regulations.Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department or work crew.Maintains time and production records.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.QualificationsNo prior experience or training. High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
