Job PostingEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Operate injection molding machinesOperate pad printer, sonic welders, heat staker, etc.Inspect product according to quality planDegate, trim, and/or perform additional secondary operations according to the control planPackage product to customer specificationsLabel product containers with ID label according to order activation worksheetIdentify molding problems and notify Molding Technician for correctionsPerform assembly of product as directed per work instructionsComplete daily Production Activity LogMaintain stable mold cycleHigh level attention to detailMaintain clean work areaMust be able to work in a cleanroom environment as assigned by managementOther duties as assigned by managementEducation, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:High school graduate or GED equivalentAbility to lift fifty pounds or moreAbility to understand visual part aspectsMust have good written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of ISO and Good Documentation practices preferredKnowledge of ERP software preferredAbility to understand basic safety standards and proceduresMust be able to speak and read English proficiently including good communication skills, both written and oral.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
