In addition is responsible for meeting or exceeding throughput, packaging and quality expectations as outlined for each customer order base on specificationsFunctions/ResponsibilitiesConduct, behavior and actions in accordance with Oxco core values of Caring, Creativity, Determination, Dependability and TeamworkConduct, behavior and actions in accordance with Oxco's Valued Colleague PledgeSafety Focus - operates machine according to all safety requirements.Quality control - serve as a material inspector to assure that all quality standards have been metProcess Orders - responsible for understanding and processing of customer specific details listed on the work order such as:LengthWidthCore size and core attachmentSplices/Splice type if anyOD parametersOther special customer requirements as indicated on the comment section while operating within standard operating procedures.Setting up machines to start a production cycle in the proper mannerPackage material base on specification outline on Work Order such as:Wrapping typePallet Size and TypeQuantity and OrientationEfficiency - work in the most productive and efficient manner while maintaining safe operating practices and quality workmanshipUse systems and/or paperwork for accurate recording of time, consumption, output, and quality notes as required.Raise any issues or concerns that arise day to day work to the Supervisor, Plant Manager, or VP of ManufacturingOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation:High School or GEDExperience:3 years' experience in a production running industrial machinesSkills:High attention to detail – accuracy in entering data and in communicating information with others; ability to see errors and identify inconsistenciesProblem Solving – work independently and with others to resolve issuesCollaboration – Work effectively with other personnel to achieve established outcomesEqual Opportunity StatementThank you for considering a career opportunity with Oxco!
