If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn, this is the opportunity for you!Key ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our production team, you will:Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of industrial machinery, including CNC machines, press brakes, and shears for metal fabrication.Monitor production runs to ensure efficiency and adherence to project deadlines.Perform quality control checks on finished parts using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to guarantee they meet strict quality standards.Conduct routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.Maintain accurate production and quality assurance records.Champion a culture of safety by strictly following all protocols and utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE).Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment is highly preferred.Proficiency with precision measuring and inspection tools is a strong plus.A solid mechanical aptitude with a knack for problem-solving and a great work ethic.The physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift materials as required.Commitment to working a full-time, 10-hour shift schedule.The DetailsJob Title: Machine Operator / Production AssociateLocation: Blue Ash, OHShift: 2nd ShiftSchedule: Monday - Friday, 4:30 PM to 2:30 AMOpportunity: Consistent overtime (OT) is available!Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.25 - $17.75
