Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Production WorkerThe Production Worker is under the direction of the shift supervisor and will primarily be responsible for assembly of plastics intermediate bulk container (IBC) totes & steel cages manufactured using established production procedures, following safety protocol and adhering to company's quality standards. Support plant production needs for daily operation, changeovers, and outbound shipments. Secondary responsible for assisting in packaging of product of internal and external use and assisting in changeover with other production teammates.Responsibilities:Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirementsDemonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required timeMaintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned spaceReports all production waste to Production Lead or SupervisorResponsible for safety and quality throughout productionResponsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintainedPerforms other duties as required by Supervisor or ManagerFollows all company policies and proceduresRequirements:High School diploma or equivalentExperience working in a Manufacturing EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentUnderstand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety trainingMust be able to understand verbal and written instructionsTroubleshoot problems and report issuesMust work well in team environmentAbility to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shiftUse of hands and fingers to perform job functionAbility to stoop, kneel, bend and climbAbility to lift up to 35lbsThe pay rate is $21.00 per hour.Employee's base schedule is: Monday to Friday 2:50pm to 11pmMauser Packaging Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, paid time off, and other competitive benefits.
