We are a growing company and would love for you to grow with us.Specific Job FunctionsWe will train you in the following areas:Operating multiple machines within a work center.Collection and data entry of production tracking into company computers.Adding coolant to reservoirs and lubricating machine parts as needed.Inspecting and/or testing completed products.Cleaning/de-burring of product.Operating a forklift.Packaging product.Other machine operations.Maintaining and cleaning, organized, and safe workspace.QualificationsThe following qualifications are required:Ability to read blueprints for product specifications.Use calipers and other tools.General machine operation.General inspection practices.General quality systems.Visual inspection.Language SkillsThe following language skills are required:Comprehend, communicate, follow, and instruct oral and written instructions.Education and/or ExperiencePrefer 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for inspecting their product; or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide, solve simple equations and calculate percentages. Ability to convert fractions in increments of 1/16 and convert to decimal number.Reasoning AbilityAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
