We are ramping up production in our brand new facility that will be manufacturing Electric Vehicle battery parts in a temperature controlled, cleanroom environment. If you do not have experience, but have the motivation, personality, and teamwork characteristics, we also encourage you to apply as you will receive all the necessary training.We have locations in Asia and Europe that produce various parts for battery operated tools, automobiles, cellular phones, and solar equipment.Some of Our Culture:CollaborationOn-the-job trainingGrowth opportunitiesEmployee RecognitionSafe work environmentCasual work attireInternational workforceResponsibilities:Operate and maintain machines in a manufacturing environmentEnsure machines operation for maximum production runs, including some programming and adjusting settings to ensure quality and output are achievedMonitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiencyPerform troubleshooting on machines with guidance from Supervisor, Quality, EngineeringOversee other team members on production line and assist where needed to ensure operation and output are maximizedUse associated controls, devices, and measuring instruments to ensure accuracyFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean work areaSkills:Experience operating machines is preferred, but not requiredStrong machine, production, manufacturing aptitude is helpfulKnowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principlesBasic math skills for measurements and calculationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawingsFamiliarity with manufacturing environment processes and proceduresWe are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a growing industry that will become a fast-paced production environment.
