Machine OperatorWe have immediate openings for machine operators with our client, a plastic products manufacturing in Janesville.This is a skilled machine operator role with evaluation hire with a company that offers a full benefits package.Main Duties:Maintain operation of multiple lines, including loading gaskets and packaging end product for shipment. Visually inspect products for quality assurance purposes.Measure and record pipe dimensions as required. Take proper action according to SPC ChartingControl dimensions to maintain pipe specifications with direct supervision.
Move bundled pipe from work area (scrap and good product) with the use of forklift.Assist in production line start-up activities and changeovers.Follow all operational and safety procedures.Cut and band scrap as directed.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentStrong math skillsPrevious machine operation or assembly experience, plastic industry preferredPrevious experience with hand tools, power tools, and tape measuresSchedule: This is a 12 hour rotation schedule (2-2-3)Days: 6pm - 6:30amNights: 6am - 6:30pmPay: $22 - $23/hour depending on experience.
