Job Description
This role involves working in a controlled, clean environment to support the production and quality assurance of gold chains. You will set up and operate specialized chain machinery, feed materials into equipment, and closely monitor operations to ensure products meet defined quality and consistency standards.
Responsibilities
* Set up and operate chain manufacturing machinery according to production specifications and standard operating procedures.
* Feed raw materials into machines and ensure continuous, steady supply during production runs.
* Monitor equipment during operation to verify consistent product quality, appearance, and dimensions of gold chains.
* Inspect chains visually and through basic measurements to identify defects, irregularities, or inconsistencies.
* Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality and production efficiency within specified tolerances.
* Follow cleanroom and controlled-environment protocols to protect product quality and maintain a contamination-free workspace.
* Perform basic housekeeping of the work area and equipment to keep the production environment clean and organized.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to report issues, suggest improvements, and support smooth production flow.
* Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery.
Essential Skills
* Previous manufacturing or production experience.
* Experience working as an operator, assembler, or in a similar hands-on production role.
* Ability to set up and operate manufacturing or chain machinery following written instructions.
* Strong attention to detail to identify defects and maintain consistent product quality.
* Comfort working in a controlled or cleanroom environment with established procedures.
* Ability to monitor multiple machines or processes and respond quickly to issues.
* Basic mechanical aptitude to understand machine operations and make simple adjustments.
* Reliability and consistency in following production schedules and quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in cleanroom or highly controlled manufacturing environments.
* Experience in assembly or production manufacturing involving small or delicate components.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a production team and communicate clearly with coworkers.
* Willingness to learn new processes, machinery, and quality procedures.
* Basic understanding of production documentation and work instructions.
