We are looking for dependable Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with production or manufacturing experience, but extensive machine operating experience is not required. Training will be provided
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
* 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
* 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:15 PM
Responsibilities
* Safely operate assigned production machinery and equipment
* Follow all safety and quality procedures
* Load raw materials or parts into machines
* Monitor machines during production
* Make basic machine adjustments as needed
* Inspect finished products for quality
* Identify obvious defects or production issues
* Properly label finished products
* Maintain basic production and quality records
* Keep machines and surrounding work areas clean and organized
* Return tools and equipment to designated locations
* Communicate machine, safety, or quality concerns to a supervisor
* Work closely with other team members to meet production goals
* Follow production schedules and adapt to changes when necessary
* Perform other production-related duties as assigned
* Work overtime when required
Qualifications
* Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operating experience is helpful but not required
* Willingness to learn how to operate production equipment
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
* Basic mechanical aptitude
* Strong attention to safety and quality
* Dependable attendance and punctuality
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
* Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull as required
* Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment
