You will receive extensive training to ensure you are fully prepared to excel in your role.Benefits/Company InfoStrong benefits packagePaid time off and paid holidaysExcellent company culture, collaborative team environmentClean and safe work environmentResponsibilitiesTrain on policies, protocols, and procedures required to perform all assigned duties safely and effectively.Perform a wide variety of packaging operations, including primary and secondary packaging, material handling, and cleaning/sanitization activities.Conduct in-process sampling, inspection, and testing as directed to verify product quality and compliance.Execute assigned responsibilities according to documented procedures such as Quality Procedures, Manufacturing Procedures, Batch Records, protocols, planned deviations, and training lessons.Seek guidance from Technical Operators and/or Supervisors when encountering uncertainties, unusual conditions, or unexpected occurrences during production.Follow work orders, numbers, and written instructions to ensure correct setup, operation, and completion of production runs.Use basic measuring tools, such as tape measures, to verify dimensions and specifications during production.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalentGeneral mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn machine operation and material handling tasks.Ability to read and interpret work orders, follow numbers, and understand basic written instructions.Basic production and machine operation skills, including operating equipment safely and consistently.Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures to verify dimensions and specifications.Comfort with completing detailed process-related paperwork and operational documentation accurately.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
