Day shift availability is required, with 12-hour shifts, 3 days one week and 4 days the next week.The company is committed to delivering high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.What We Offer:Full-time, direct hire positionCompetitive salaryBenefitsBonus of $500.00 for 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year of employment!Opportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative work environment with a diverse team of professionalsEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for assigned production lines to ensure product is produced in accordance with established quality and product standardsEvaluate and discuss the operation of assigned machinery with the previous shift Machine OperatorOperate and adjust production line equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and report any problemsPerform quality checks on containers to ensure proper specifications are maintainedCheck and maintain defined levels of all raw materials used in productionConduct self in a safe manner and adhere to all required safety protocols and policiesRequired to wear PPE properly in accordance with company standardsKeep the area around your workstation clean and free from dirt and debrisFollow plant specified job specifications and task listsMust be able to work assigned shifts, including working overtime and attending after-hour meetings as neededMay be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assignedFood Safety Responsibilities:Monitor and verify activities to ensure that all products coming in and out of the facility meet food safety standards in addition to quality standardsComply with all company food safety and quality assurance procedures and document data correctly at all timesEnsure all work product contact surfaces are restored to sanitary condition after any job completionReport any product or process failures that could impact food safety of manufactured product to Quality and/or Line/Maintenance SupervisionQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
