Wage range $20.00/hr to $24.00/hr, based on knowledge and experienceWhat You Will Do: ResponsibilitiesOperate a stamping press and auxiliary equipment with manual and automated packaging processesMeet and/or exceed daily production goalsReport all machine malfunctions to mechanics or supervisorsAssist mechanics whenever required to keep press/packaging equipment operationalCorrectly feed slit ribbon material into the stamping dies and perform first piece inspectionManually pack metal connectors and/or steel components into packaging containers.Strive to keep product waste to a minimum; inspect finished products and mark steel lot numbers on shipping containersMonitor production equipment coolant and oil levels and adjust accordinglyOngoing inspection of products being produced to our internal quality standardsComplete quality and production paperwork in its entirety throughout assigned shiftAttendance at work during the regularly scheduled shift is an essential duty.
