We're seeking a skilled Production Systems Operator to join our dynamic team and operate state-of-the-art machinery systems in our modern manufacturing facility.Key Responsibilities:Lead the operation of sophisticated production machinery systemsPerform quality control testing using industry-standard methodsTroubleshoot and maintain high-tech equipmentOperate modern material handling equipmentContribute to continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDManufacturing experienceForklift/powered industrial truck experienceSafety-conscious with strong attention to detailBasic computer skillsTeam player mentalityWork Environment & Physical Demands:This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
