At The LEGO Group, we are seeking a Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on supporting product quality and production performance and involves working as part of a dedicated team in a climate-controlled setting with a non-rotating 6 am-6 pm 2-2-3 shift pattern.
Weekly pay $21.42 Per Hour
Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor automated production equipment
* Assist with machine setup and changeover
* Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards
* Identify and respond to minor machine issues and troubleshoot as needed
* Perform routine quality inspections
* Record production data accurately
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment
* Collaborate effectively within a team setting
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience operating manufacturing equipment
* Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
* Experience with quality inspection and data recording
* Awareness of safety protocols in production environments
* Ability to work well within a team
