Family-owned with a long-standing reputation for quality products since 1930, we foster a family-oriented, team-focused culture and remain committed to helping our coworkers grow as we continue to expand.Specific Job Functions- We Will TrainAble to operate multiple machines within a work center.Collection and data entry of production tracking into company computers.Adds coolant to reservoirs and lubricates machine parts as needed.Inspect and/or test completed products.Cleaning/De-burring of product.Operation of forklift.Packaging product.Other machine operations.Maintain and clean, organized, and safe workspace.QualificationsAble to read blueprints for product specifications.Use calipers and other tools.General machine operation.General inspection practices.General quality systems.Visual inspection.Language SkillsComprehend, communicate, follow, and instruct oral and written instructions.Education and/or Experience :Prefer 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for inspecting their product; or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide, solve simple equations and calculate percentages.
