Machine OperatorShift: Days - Rotating 12-hour schedule (Scheduled 4 days week 1 and 3 days in week 2; rotating)Candidates who accept an offer are required to complete a background check and drug test before they start.Your Tasks:Operate finishing equipment to process and prepare shipment of custom plastic productsSetup and operate finishing equipmentPackage finished goods to meet product specificationsResponsible for detailed production data reportingPerform a variety of mechanical and physical testing required per product specification and quality assurance using calipers and other measurement processesMaintain order and cleanliness in all work areas through 5S and LEAN manufacturing methodsCommunicate and cooperate with fellow employees to maintain quality, operational efficiency and safety metricsYour Required Qualifications:2 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.Experience with quality control; ISO experience preferredMechanical background.
