What You'll Do
As a Dip Mold Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products while working with specialized coating and molding equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust dip molding and coating equipment to maintain product quality.
- Prepare dipping solutions, molds, and substrates following established procedures.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Accurately record production data, batch records, lot numbers, and process parameters.
- Document in-process quality inspection results.
- Identify and report equipment issues, material concerns, or process deviations.
- Work closely with the production team to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Work Environment
- Production facility with a hot working environment.
- Active, hands-on role that requires standing, moving, and working around manufacturing equipment.
- Safety-focused workplace with proper procedures and training provided.
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday
- 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Once fully trained, start times offer some flexibility.
