The Opportunity
We’re looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team! You’ll be instrumental in building and deploying machine learning models that power the Abridge experience.
What You’ll Do
- Design,develop,and implement high-quality machine learning applications and tools
- Lead technical projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to bring AI algorithms to life
- Work with various teams to optimize our systems
- Build reusable software to accelerate development
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance
- Design fault-tolerant,scalable,and secure AI systems
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Engineering,Statistics,Math (or equivalent)
- Experience building production-ready software (Python,C++,Java)
- Strong software engineering practices (coding standards,code reviews,etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Kubernetes,Docker) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience designing and building highly available ML systems
- Solid understanding of low-level operating systems concepts
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Bonus Points for
- Experience in NLP,machine learning,or distributed systems
- Expertise in machine learning toolchains (PyTorch,TensorFlow)
- Experience bringing new technology to production
