Machine Learning Engineer – Remote (Part‑Time)
YO HR Consultancy is looking for early‑career Machine Learning Engineers or PhD candidates with a passion for innovation and impact to join our remote, asynchronous team.
Schedule & Commitment
- Remote, asynchronous – set your own hours
- ~20 hours/week
- Through December 22 2025, with potential extension to 2026
Responsibilities
- Draft detailed natural‑language plans and code implementations for ML tasks.
- Convert novel ML problems into agent‑executable tasks for reinforcement learning environments.
- Identify failure modes and apply golden patches to LLM‑generated trajectories for ML tasks.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years as an ML Engineer or PhD in Computer Science (ML coursework required).
- Contributor to ML benchmarks (bonus).
- Must be based in the United States.
Compensation & Terms
- Rate: $80–$120 per hour, depending on region and experience.
- Payments: Weekly via Stripe Connect.
