Machine Learning Engineer – Generative AI

Location: Sunrise, Florida

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, plus bonus & benefits

We are hiring two experienced Machine Learning Engineers to help design, build and deploy production-grade Generative AI solutions for a leading global financial services organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong hands-on experience across Large Language Models, agentic AI and machine learning engineering . You will work across the full development lifecycle, from model selection and experimentation through to deployment, monitoring and optimisation in production.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop and productionise Generative AI applications powered by open-source and proprietary LLMs
• Build agentic workflows and orchestration solutions using LangChain and LangGraph
• Develop machine learning models and scalable, production-ready AI services
• Implement short-term and long-term memory strategies for LLM-based systems
• Design and manage state-management patterns for multi-step AI workflows
• Optimise prompts, retrieval pipelines and orchestration logic
• Evaluate and integrate models including OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama and Mistral
• Deploy, monitor and maintain AI and ML systems in production
• Collaborate with product, engineering and platform teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience across machine learning, data science or AI engineering
• Strong commercial experience developing solutions with Large Language Models
• Hands-on expertise with LangChain and/or LangGraph
• Advanced Python development skills
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models
• Strong understanding of LLM memory architecture, state management and agentic workflows
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval pipelines and AI orchestration
• A solid understanding of ML engineering and production software development practices
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform , particularly Vertex AI, BigQuery and Google Cloud Storage
• Experience deploying GenAI or machine learning applications into production environments
• Knowledge of scalable cloud-based AI architectures
• Experience supporting AI systems within a complex enterprise environment
