AI/ML & Data Ingestion Engineer - Develops and optimizes machine learning models that drive the company’s sales software. Collaborates on MLOps practices and integrates large language models (LLMs) into APIs and AI agents.

Core Strengths:

• Primary: ML Model Development
• Secondary: MLOps and LLM Integration

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and validate ML models for account scoring, lead scoring, and predictive analytics
• Experience with deep learning libraries and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, Jax, or PyTorch)
• Streamline model deployment and maintenance via automated pipelines
• Integrate LLMs into APIs and AI agents for data summarization and insights
• Analyze large datasets to improve models and ensure data quality
• Apply Natural Language Processing and Vector Databases techniques
• Monitor and optimize model performance with A/B testing and other methods
• Align models with business goals and recommend data-driven improvements

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
