Machine Operator Trainee - 1st Shift

What You'll Learn
* Operate and monitor production equipment
* Set up cold heading machinery
* Make mechanical adjustments for product quality
* Perform inspections using calipers and micrometers
* Maintain a safe, clean work environment
* Follow quality and safety standards
* Assist with other production-related duties as needed
Qualifications
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to work an 8-hour shift
* Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
