Details for Machine Front Loader Operator position:

• $20 / Hour

• 1st Shift 6am-2pm, 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm, OR 3rd Shift 10pm-6am Shifts Available

• Weekly Pay

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

• Work is performed around moving mechanical parts in a typically very loud environment, and processing areas may be dusty, dirty, and wet at times

• Facilities are heated in winter; however, employees may experience cold conditions during winter and hot conditions during summer

Duties for Machine Front Loader Operator position:

• Obtain the load/unload schedule from the supervisor and complete work assignments accurately and on time

• Track and account for material movement throughout daily production schedule fulfillment

• Operate the front loader safely to load, unload, and move materials as directed

• Inspect equipment before each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all site safety procedures

• Follow all policies and procedures in place

• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Requirements and Desired Skills for Machine Front Loader Operator position:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Applicable material-handling experience

• Ability to obtain certification to operate all required material-handling equipment on site

• Experience working in a 24/7 production environment

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a hot, dusty environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Ability to stand for duration of shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
