On a given day, you may:In this role, you'll help build industrial equipment from the ground up—working with mechanical components, tools, and blueprints to bring complex machines to life.If you enjoy working with your hands, problem-solving, and seeing the finished product come together, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a stable and team-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and complete machines using blueprints, schematics, and work instructionsFit, align, and install mechanical parts including frames, shafts, bearings, fasteners, and related systemsOperate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete assemblies accuratelyPerform mechanical troubleshooting, adjustments, and rework as required during the build processCollaborate with electrical assemblers, engineering, and productions teams to complete buildsConduct basic quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications and tolerancesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standardsSupport continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives on the production floorFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on workAbility to use basic hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to read blueprints or willingness to learnDependability and ability to work in a team environmentAssembly, manufacturing, or machine building experienceTechnical or vocational trainingExperience working with mechanical systemsMust be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.The estimated annual salary range for this role is $20 - 23.50 (hourly).
