Envelope Machine AdjusterCenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters and Adjuster Trainees to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.Pay & Schedule$23.83/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr (when working nights).2 days and 2 nights required: Day shift 7am -- 7pm / Night shift 7pm -- 7am.Mandatory overtime is required for 1-2 days during this busy season.Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.Primary DutiesSet up, align, and adjust envelope machinesPerform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairsMaintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptimeInspect product quality and minimize wastePerform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacementInstall paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safelyJob Requirements5+ years envelope machine adjusting experienceAdvanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerancesDetail oriented, safety focused, and reliableConsistent attendance and dependability are critical for this rolePhysical RequirementsStanding, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbsExposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glueAbility to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
