Technical Architect – M365Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) Duration: Full timeClient is looking for Technical Architect – M365 for California location in the hot, growing market of Cloud and Data/AI related IT services leveraging Microsoft Azure. Must-haves:Overall 15+ years of experience with majority in mid-size IT services firmsAt least 10+ years of experience working in hybrid, onsite-offshore based delivery.Design, plan, estimate and architect M365 configurations, workloads, settingsAnalysis and recommendations for best practicesProven experience with M365 security and configuration.Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications.Manage and maintain M365 security policies and compliance requirements, governance, endpoint protectionAuthentication methods, identity providers like OKTA, Conditional Policies, Health and MonitoringManaging and configuring Intune Policies and device management best practicesExperience in PowerShell Scripting, Active Directory (AD), Azure AD and identity management services among others, network infrastructureTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services.Create and maintain documentation related to M365 services, policies, procedures, and system configurations.Keep up to date with new M365 features and capabilities and assess their potential impact on the organization.Responsibilities:Work closely with customers to demonstrate how their cloud strategy aligns with Microsoft technology.Creating architectural designs based on customer requirements.Deliver product presentations and configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospect's cloud adoption needs.Act as the Technical Design Authority on projects alongside the Solution Architects.Provide governance to projects and mentor members of the team.Engage with customer stakeholders and ensure the recommended solutions are understood throughout the firm.Maintaining technical knowledge by working closely with Microsoft account teams.
