M&A SALT Tax Manager - Due Diligence & Structuring

Riveron seeks an experienced Manager to join our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) State and Local Tax (SALT) practice. This role advises private equity firms, corporate acquirers, and privately held businesses through all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, tax structuring, and post-close integration.

The ideal candidate combines strong SALT expertise with project management skills, client relationship-building, and willingness to travel as needed.
