Strong Program/Project Manager Specializing In Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in guiding M&A initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a talent for stakeholder management.This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of M&A projects while fostering collaboration and transparency within Agile frameworks.MUST HAVE:Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager with a focus on M&A projects.Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management.Demonstrated ability to navigate complex M&A transactions and provide strategic guidance.Minimum 6+ years in very recent project/program management experienceWith at least 4 years of that dedicated to running large IT projectsProven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently in an enterprise environment.Solid experience in decision-making and negotiationsRisk assessment, and mitigation strategiesExcellent communication, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills required.Should demonstrate consistent ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles/obstacles.
