I’m currently working with a leading law firm seeking a Corporate M&A / Private Equity Associate to join its team in Los Angeles.

This is a strong opportunity for a corporate associate who wants to work on high-value M&A and private equity transactions, while gaining meaningful responsibility, autonomy, and direct client exposure.

What they’re looking for:

• J.D.
• Significant experience handling M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong understanding of corporate law and market deal terms
• Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Ability to manage deals from inception through closing
• A driven, business‑minded approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of matters

The role:

• Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other strategic transactions
• Direct client interaction and involvement in deal execution
• Exposure to complex, high‑value transactions
